How can I create an account on the S.A.G. BEAUTY website?

It’s easy! You just need an email account. Register on our Account Registration page, or you can create an account at checkout. Note: We DO NOT share your information with other vendors.

How much does shipping cost?

Ground shipping is a flat rate of $5 (no matter how much your order costs), but you can pay extra for expedited shipping. Rates for expedited shipping will be calculated for you during the checkout process. Keep in mind, if you spend $40 or more (before tax), you’ll automatically get FREE SHIPPING! (Who doesn’t love free shipping?!)

How long does shipping usually take?

Due to the impacts we are all navigating from COVID-19, including additional safety measures , orders can take up to 3 days for processing before being shipped from my facility. Once shipped, orders can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered depending on the shipping option selected at checkout, location of shipping destination, and the capabilities of my shipping partners. We’re all in this together, and we thank you for your patience!

Can I return or exchange S.A.G. BEAUTY products I purchased on the S.A.G. BEAUTY's Cosmetics website?

I'll gladly accept returns and exchanges of purchases you’ve made from my website.  Read my Return Policy here for details on how to return your products. 

Are S.A.G. BEAUTY beauty supplies sold internationally?

Unfortunately at this time, S.A.G BEAUTY products are only sold within the United States and Canada.  Check back regularly or contact my customer care team with additional questions.
